The call for submissions is now closed.
Submissions of any critical research in global film, television, and digital media undertaken at the undergraduate level are welcomed. Papers may be in progress or fully completed, and they may encompass American or global media. Students accepted into the symposium will have 15 minutes to present their research on a thematically organized panel. Faculty from the College of Wooster will facilitate a question and answer period, providing feedback on the paper. Given the timing of the conference, students are encouraged to submit:
• Completed essays from fall 2018 or spring 2018 classes
• Research in progress for spring 2019 classes
• Selections from senior capstone projects
Please submit your name and school affiliation, email address, 250-word abstract, and 3-5 bibliographic sources to bkies@wooster.edu no later than February 15, 2019.
